Joseph Letourneau received his undergraduate training from the University of Michigan. He earned his M.D. from UCSF’s School of Medicine. During medical school, he became interested in fertility preservation and he was mentored by Dr. Mitchell Rosen in UCSF’s Fertility Preservation Program. Dr. Letourneau completed his OB/GYN residency training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is currently undertaking fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at UCSF and will be joining the University of Utah’s Reproductive Endocrinology Division next year as an Assistant Clinical Professor.
