David Moler works as an attorney for a national real estate company supporting their supply chain management department for all legal issues relating to the subcontracting of goods and services for their property management division.  These support activities include drafting contract templates used by their supply chain employees, assisting with supplier negotiations, and approving contract terms which do not conform to the company contracting standards.  Additional responsibilities include the negotiation of national agreements with key suppliers and the preparation and presentation of contract training materials to assist supply chain employees with an understanding of the “best practices” to be used when contracting with suppliers and subcontractors.  David received his Bachelors, Masters and J.D. form Georgia State University.
